Three Arkansas-based men have been indicted by a federal grand jury for burning a cross in the yard of an African-American resident and, if convicted, face up to 30 years in prison and $750,000 fine.According to the U.S. Department of Justice, James Bradley Branscum and Tony Branscum, residents of Salado, Arkansas, and Curtis Coffee, resident of Batesville, Arkansas had burnt a cross in the yard of an African-American resident in Salado on August 28, 2010.
